It is any important, distinctive or recognisable part.
Moral Rights are seperate from our copyright and mean that we as creators of our work
- Own the rights to be attributed to our work
-The Right not to have our work falsely attributed
-The right of integrity in our work (that is the right not to have the work treated in a way that could damage the creators honour or reputation)
The right of attribution is straightforward : The creator of the choreography MUST be attributed wherever the choreography is performed or recorded. To minimise the risk of infringing a choreographers moral rights companies working alongside us Should ensure that works are properly attributed in performance programmes.
